Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes! We offer competitive bulk pricing for qualified wholesale customers. Pricing varies based on quantity, packaging, and delivery location.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and can arrange delivery or shipping for customers in other parts of Ontario or Canada. Local pickup is also available.
Can I create a custom order or private label product?
Absolutely. We offer private-label packaging for select items such as oil and rice. Minimum order quantities apply. Contact us for details.
How can I place an order?
You can place an order by contacting us directly via email, WhatsApp, or phone. An online ordering portal is currently in development for our wholesale partners.
Do you offer samples?
Yes, we can provide product samples to wholesale clients upon request. This helps you evaluate our quality before making larger purchases.
Are your products certified?
Our oils are food-grade and available in Kosher/Halal-certified options. All food items meet Canadian safety and quality standards.
What is your return or refund policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for resolution. Returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
